About the role

We are looking for a Mechanic to join us with focus on taking care of our customers on the B2B and B2C markets, incoming service questions and maintenance of the internal test and field bikes. In this role you will have the responsibility for the Scandinavian market.

You will have daily contact with our customers to better understand their concerns and identify their issues, ordering spare parts and covering logistics, being communicative and service minded is therefore important in this role. The tasks that you perform on a day-to-day basis will differ a lot and the ability to shift focus and reprioritize is key.

This role will require traveling in southern Sweden. This role will be based in our HQ in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm and reports into our Service manager also based in Stockholm.

Who are you?

Qualifications

• You have a mechanical background, preferably from working with two wheeled vehicle

• You are experienced within Customer service

• You have a B driver license
