About the role

As Accountant at CAKE you will be responsible for the EU and group accounting activities including financial disclosure and accounting guidelines as well as intercompany reconciliation and period end close. 

We believe accounting plays a central role in how we will scale our operations and you will collaborate closely with multiple parts of the company. Your work will include but is not limited to:

• Intercompany reconciliation

• Working with external stakeholders to enable correct and efficient bookkeeping

• Expanding and maintaining accounting guidelines and processes

• Annual report and tax reporting

• Working with the internal stakeholders in the company in cross functional projects

You will report to our CFO and you will work closely with the team leader for the accounting function. The role is based at our office in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm.

Who are you?

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience with similar tasks.

• Experience from working in a global environment

• Experience from working in an independent role in a scale up or other fast moving company

• Proven knowledge of IFRS is a plus

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent education
