About the role

We are looking for both a part-time and a full-time customer-focused Site Representative to join our LA team. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including spending a lot of time on the CAKE Site floor with clients, both B2B and B2C, helping plan and assist at events, and representing CAKE. It will be a very hands-on role. You will be working closely with the sales and service team and make sure that the customer experience on the Site is state of the art. Since the role is self-driven and customer-centered, we need someone who is proactive and has a positive attitude. Teamwork is important to you and you can identify with the journey that CAKE is on. Our ambitions are high so we need a person who likes to be in a company at its early stage.

Some qualifications we think you have

• Customer-facing work experience

• Availability to work on evenings and weekends

• Demonstrated communication, relationship building and influencing skills, preferably in both Swedish and English

• You can adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment

• You have a valid driver's license

• You have worked at a startup or other fast-paced environment / have the desire to work at a startup
