Position summary: 

As the Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for supporting CAKE's customers from receipt of order to services tickets. We aim to provide premium support which includes guiding the customer through the order fulfillment process and ensure that the customer starts using our products confidently. You can act as an internal voice by sharing knowledge and learnings to exceed the customers expectations. This is a high paced and dynamic role that has unique insight into the supply chain -from purchasing of the components, assembly of full vehicle, to customers fist ride. CAKE has direct to consumer offer in Europe and this role will take responsibility for more than one of our key European markets.

Key responsibilities: 

• Processing orders and transactions in our ERP system.
  • Order fulfillment & execution
  • Product availability
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts payable
  • Deliveries
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction with first line support including service tickets
  
• Proactively work with the customer journey and the customer to offer a premium customer experience
• Vehicle registration including insurance
• Track and monitor customer tickets and provide appropriate solutionsWork cross functionally with internal teams to ensure premium customer experience

• Salary range - $65,000 - $70,000 (DOE)
