Responsibilities Include
Identify opportunities and manage all aspects of B2C sales originating at the NYC Showroom
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
Provide exceptional customer service and negotiation skills to close deals while delivering optimal customer experience
Creating customer loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close deals
Gather new prospects/clients through networking and working events
Working with General Managers to ensure that sales goals are met
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly commitments
Collaborative and cooperative attitude with sales and marketing teammates
Coordinate compelling marketing activities/events to bring prospective clients to the site.
Provide an elevated customer experience hosting clients at the brand space.
Be a team player working with greater NYC team members to execute on regional goals.
Key qualifications
Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience in B2C markets
Sales and technical skills within the motorbike/e-bike/e-mobility industry a plus
Have strong people, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Excellent listener, influencer, negotiator with interpersonal skills to establish positive relations with customers, within CAKE and our team
Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome objections
Ability to think and act independently within a fast paced multitask driven entrainment
Manage processes efficiently and prioritize without sacrificing the customer experience
Able to create and manage your own calendar in an efficient way, in consideration with your priorities and the company strategy
Thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Driving license for car and motorbike is a must (ability to obtain motorbike license within 1 month of employment)
Other Skills
Experience in working with Microsoft 365 suite and G-suite required
Experience working with Salesforce a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced environment or startup company/have the desire to work at a startup
