About the role

We are looking for a Mechanic to join us with focus on taking care of our customers, incoming service questions and maintenance of the internal test and field bikes. In this role you will have the responsibility for all service on the French market. You will further be supporting the showroom staff with taking care of customers and on the field with events when needed. You will have daily contact with our customers to better understand their concerns and identify their issues, ordering spare parts and covering logistics. This role will require some traveling around the country.

This role will be located in central Paris and reports into our Service manager based in Stockholm with a dotted line to our General Sales Manager in France.

Qualifications for the role

• We believe you have a mechanical background, preferably from working with two wheeled vehicle

• You are experienced within Customer service

• You are fluent in both English & French

Key characteristics

• You will be a front figure for CAKE and meet many of our customers, being communicative and service minded is therefore important in this role

• The tasks that you perform on a day-to-day basis will differ a lot and the ability to shift focus and reprioritise is key

About CAKE

CAKE is a Swedish company with a clear mission to inspire towards a zero-emission society, by combining excitement and responsibility in its development of light, quiet, and clean high-performance electric motorcycles and mopeds.
