About the role

We are looking for two part time customer-focused Site Representatives to join our team. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including spending a lot of time on the CAKE Site floor with clients, both B2B and B2C, helping plan and assist at events, and representing CAKE. It will be a very hands-on role. You will  be working closely with the sales and service team and make sure that the customer experience in the Site is state of the art. Since the role is self-driven and customer centered, we need someone that is proactive and has a positive attitude. Teamwork is important to you and you can identify with the journey that CAKE is on. Our ambitions are high so we need a person who likes to be in a company at its early stage.

Some qualifications we think you have

• Customer facing work experience

• Availability to work on evenings and weekends

• Demonstrated communication, relationship building and influencing skills, preferably in both Swedish and English

• You can adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment

• Fluent in Swedish and English. All other languages are a plus

• You have a drivers license

• You have worked at a startup or other fast paced environment / have the desire to work at a startup
